Well Engineer Operations

• Responsible for liaison between the rig site staff and local contractors on technical matters;
• Provide assistance to the In-Field Superintendent in areas of Logistics, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), Contract Management, Operational Support, Performance Monitoring and Reporting, Auditing, etc;
• Contribute to the implementation of New Technology in the field. Operational plans are created in Southeast Asia yet need to be executed in China. The Well Engineer Operations is a key link in making ‘things happen’ in this respect;
• Contribute to all aspects of operating three rigs in a safe, efficient and economical manner by using optimum techniques / best practices without compromising established Exploration Production Asia policies and HSE standard;
• Deliver Engineering improvement suggestions, based on sound engineering work, and implement these in conjunction with the Southeast Asia based operations team.
  

• Minimum university Diploma holder;
• At least 8 years of operational experience;
• Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin is essential for this position;
• IT literate and keen to learn and apply software applications prescribed by the Company.
