Drilling Supervisor

Nightshift Drilling Supervisor required.

Supervises the onsite drilling activities to ensure that all operations are performed safely and efficiently and additionally, in the role of O.I.M., coordinates all simultaneous operations on the offshore installation.

• should be educated to a reasonable academic level and have twenty years experience in offshore and onshore drilling operations, five of which should be at supervisory level with an oil company.
• will be highly numerate and possess good oral and written communication skills, be computer literate and be capable of learning Company approved spreadsheet and word processing programmes.
• must possess an internationally approved Well Control Certificate and have undertaken offshore survival and fire fighting courses. He will also possess a current offshore medical certificate.
